Comments Now Enabled on the Blog

If you'd like to post a comment or question on the blog, you can now do that by clicking on the link at the bottom of individual posts. Click on the link "No comments" (or "1 comment," etc.), type your comment or question, and click "Publish."

    Also, if you click on the Tabs for each section you can access the job descriptions in Word format (making it easier to cut and paste).

    1. Thanks very much for your comment and for the link. The lists of positions are very helpful, as are the basic job descriptions. During the webinar two weeks ago, someone asked about having a list of positisions, so this information will be help with the creation of that list.

      One thing, though: The job descriptions are not audits of those positions, and it's the audit that allows you to identify inherent and foreseeable risks in a position and then to identify appropriate and effective measures to address them, including appropriate and effective screening measures. A job description should be created based on an audit; that's really the only way to comply with the Supreme Court's requirements in relation to screening (see Part II of the How-To Guide for more about this).
